Returns

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 – 10 days of delivery so we can assist you. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products that have been used, installed, or opened where the seal is broken
• Custom or special-order items
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (online banking, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPal, or bank transfer) within 7 – 10 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by AXIS, in which case AXIS will cover the return shipping cost.
