Transistor Output Optocoupler TLP621

Category: Tag:

Description

The TLP621 is a single-channel optocoupler (photocoupler) device that consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to an NPN phototransistor in a 4-pin Through-Hole DIP (DIP-4) package. It provides electrical isolation between input and output circuits, enabling safe signal transfer between high- and low-voltage sections of electronic systems.
