Quad Voltage Comparator IC LM339D

Category: Tag:

Description

The LM339D is a quad differential input voltage comparator integrated circuit. It contains four independent precision voltage comparators designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages from single or dual supplies. The device’s comparators compare two input voltages and change the output state accordingly, making it ideal for threshold detection, level-shifting, and analog signal comparison tasks in mixed-signal systems. The outputs are open-collector, allowing them to interface with various logic families (TTL/CMOS/DTL/ECL) and enabling wired-AND configurations.
