Octal D-Type Flip-Flops IC SN74HC273D

Category: Tag:

Description

The SN74HC273D is a high-speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop device from the SN74HC logic family. It contains eight positive-edge triggered D-type flip-flops with a common asynchronous clear (CLR) input, a shared clock (CLK) input, individual data inputs (D0–D7), and corresponding data outputs (Q0–Q7). On the rising edge of the clock, data presented at the D inputs transfers to the Q outputs, and the CLR input asynchronously forces all Q outputs low when asserted. This device is used for temporary data storage, buffering, and register applications in digital systems.
