Description

The STK15C88-N45I is a 256‑Kbit (32 K × 8) non‑volatile static RAM (NVSRAM). It combines a SRAM array with an independent, non‑volatile storage element in each cell. When power is removed, data in the SRAM is stored automatically to the non‑volatile element and recovered on power up.
