Description

The M48Z02-200PC1 is a non-volatile static RAM (NVSRAM) module that integrates a 2 K × 8 (16 Kbit) SRAM array with an on-board long-life lithium battery and automatic power-fail control circuitry in a single 24-pin DIP CAPHAT® package. It provides high-speed SRAM performance with the added benefit of data retention for extended periods (battery backed-up) when external power is removed. The device is pin- and function-compatible with JEDEC standard 2 K × 8 SRAMs and fits common memory sockets without special write timing or limitations on the number of write cycles.
