Description
The ACPL-332J (A332J) is an advanced gate-drive optical isolator designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in high-voltage inverter and motor control applications. It integrates an AlGaAs input LED optically coupled to an output stage that provides high peak output current, built-in fault protection functions such as under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and desaturation detection, and isolated fault feedback. Its robust isolation and electrical performance make it suitable for industrial power electronics environments where safety and reliability are critical.
