High-Speed Transistor Output Optocoupler TLP112AD

Category: Tag:

Description

The TLP112A is an optocoupler device consisting of an infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor. It is designed for digital logic isolation and signal interfacing across different parts of a circuit without direct electrical connection (galvanic isolation). It is used to transfer logic signals safely across separated power domains while protecting sensitive electronics from noise and high voltages.
