Description
The TLP759 is a single-channel optical coupler consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared LED on the input side and a high-speed silicon phototransistor on the output. It provides electrical isolation between input and output circuits for signal transmission while maintaining high speed logic signal compatibility, low power consumption, and excellent noise immunity.
