High-Side & Low-Side Gate Driver IC IR21814S

Description

The IR21814S is a high-voltage gate driver integrated circuit designed to drive power transistors (IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs) in half-bridge configurations. It integrates independent high-side and low-side gate drivers capable of sourcing and sinking current to switch external power devices efficiently.
