Description
The SI9945B is a dual N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET in a surface-mount 8-pin SOIC (SO-8) package. It integrates two N-channel power MOSFET transistors in one compact SMD package, optimized for low on-resistance and moderate current switching applications. These devices are designed for efficient high-side/low-side switching in DC-DC converters, power management circuits, battery protection circuits, motor drivers and similar power-switching applications.
