Description

The KA3525A is a monolithic integrated circuit designed as a voltage-mode pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller for switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and DC-DC converter applications. It integrates all required control circuitry — including a stable voltage reference, error amplifier, PWM comparator and latch, precision oscillator, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), soft-start feature, and output driver stage — to implement fixed-frequency PWM regulation with dead-time control and protection features.
