Description
The CD40106BF is a six-channel Schmitt-Trigger inverter integrated circuit that provides digital inversion with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each of the six independent inverter circuits changes its output state when the input crosses threshold voltages, giving improved noise immunity and clean switching in digital logic applications. This IC is supplied in a 14-pin CDIP package and is designed for a wide operating voltage range from 3 V to 18 V with operation over a broad temperature range (typically –55 °C to +125 °C).
