Circuit Built-in Photocoupler PC929

Category: Tag:

Description

The PC929 is a single-channel OPIC™ optical coupling device (optocoupler) manufactured by Sharp Microelectronics. It integrates an infrared emitting diode (IRED) and an OPIC signal-processing chip within a 14-pin surface-mount (SOP-14/SOIC-14) package intended for inverter drive systems. The PC929 provides high-voltage isolation, fast signal transmission, and built-in short-circuit protection and direct drive circuits suitable for driving IGBT and MOSFET power switches in industrial applications.
