The UCN5815A is a BiMOS II 8-bit latched source driver integrated circuit designed for interfacing logic with high-voltage loads. It integrates eight NPN Darlington source drivers each with an associated CMOS latch and common control signals (STROBE, ENABLE, BLANKING). These devices combine CMOS logic compatibility with high-voltage output drive capability for use in display drivers and general peripheral power interface tasks.
