Description

The IRS21094S is a high-voltage, half-bridge gate driver integrated circuit designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side/low-side configurations. It features independent high- and low-side outputs, supporting bootstrap operation up to 600 V. The device includes programmable dead-time, under voltage lockout (UVLO), and logic inputs compatible with 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V logic levels.
