The UCC23513QDWYRQ1 is a high-performance, single-channel, isolated gate driver designed for driving power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC MOSFETs in automotive and industrial systems. It provides reinforced isolation up to 5.7 kV RMS and high driving strength with 4.5 A source and 5.3 A sink peak output current. The device supports a wide supply range and features fast switching characteristics with enhanced transient immunity.
