The 93C57 family is a 2-kilobit (2 Kbit) non-volatile Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). It uses a Microwire/3-wire serial interface for read/write operations and supports both 8-bit and 16-bit organization modes selected via the ORG pin.
