Description

The HCPL-601 is a 1-channel, high-speed logic gate optocoupler consisting of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate. It provides galvanic isolation between input and output and features an open-collector transistor output, enabling wired-OR logic. The device is housed in a compact 8-pin SOP/SOIC surface-mount package and is suitable for high-speed data coupling and signal isolation in digital systems.
